Trying to balance my skin has always been a struggle but the more I learn about my skin type the more I discover how to best take care of it. When it comes to health fads endorsed by celebrities I tend to stay far away, but this new Kylie Jenner promoted celery juice cleanse grabbed my interest too much not to give it a try. 2 Bunches of Celery Stalk
3 Small Lemons or 1 and 1/2 Large
2 Large ‘Fingers’ of Ginger
1 Cup Of Water
Optional: 1 Small Green Apple
Optional: Cayenne Pepper
Step 1: Chop
Coarsely peel and chop ingredients, throwing out the leaves in the center of the celery bunches.
Step 2: Blend
Blend together celery, lemon, ginger, and the optional green apple (If you like your juice on the sweeter side) as thoroughly as possible before adding the cup of water and continuing to blend until smooth. Blenders with less horsepower may need more water to help it blend properly.
